Yes. Pro includes a 3-day free trial and Pro Max includes a 7-day free trial. No payment required to start either trial.

Zaps does not have a permanent free tier. Both plans include a free trial (3 days for Pro, 7 days for Pro Max) so you can use the full app before committing.

Yes. Zaps is available on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play) with the same features on both platforms.

Zaps is a mobile-first alternative to Canva for creators and small businesses who design primarily on their phone. It combines templates, reels, carousels and AI photo tools in one app — no desktop or learning curve required.

Refunds are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies. Zaps does not control refund processing. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial or renewal date.

Cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Zaps → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zaps → Cancel. No cancellation fees.
